I had damage done on my back hatch and bumper. The inside of the vehicle was used. One seat was folded down an I found some screws left behind. The manager showed me a picture of the back of my Jeep with the damage. I should have ask to see the date of the photo. I know there was no damage when I left the vehicle. Comes down to his photo as his proof. I am a very dissatisfied customer and now find out by State Farm says things like this have happened in the past. Wish I had known…..
