Made my bumper look brand new , but just didn’t like that they left the car filled with mineral spots everywhere, it would be better to let the owner know if they want it washed. Especially if it’s going to be poorly done.

Starting with Crystal, everyone at Caliber Collision kept us updated several times during each week with our car's repair. The work/repairs made our car look like new again, they even washed and cleaned our car the day we picked it up. Caliber also informed us that they are contracted with Enterprise car rental and we were able to drop off our rental car with them and they would "shut off" our rental term and contact Enterprise to come pick up the car at the shop. This was greatly appreciated. Caliber also explained that we have a lifetime warranty for the repair, 1 year on parts as long as we own the car. Thank you Caliber for doing a great job on our car!

When my vehicle was transferred to the Reedley location, the level of service continued to exceed expectations. I received timely updates right away and was consistently kept informed every step of the way. The communication was clear, professional, and reassuring. Please note Crystal was the person I worked with from Reedley. Not only was the customer service amazing, but my vehicle was also completed in fewer days than originally estimated. That level of efficiency, combined with the care and attention I received, truly stood out. Overall, they exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of quality repairs and excellent customer care.
