I had an awesome experience with Caliber. Everyone was really nice and Rene kept me updated with the progress of my car. I especially appreciated that I could leave my rental. I hope I don't need to return but if I have to I definitely come here again.

Customer service was so welcoming and helpful from start to finish. Good communication on time line for repairs needed and when car would be finished. When they found out part was delayed in transit they called me immediately. Even when I was going to possibly pick up car early and have to come back for an interior part they keep calling on it and got it installed that day. Highly recommend to get your vehicle repaired with this company and specifically this location. Thank you guys.

The office staff were helpful, friendly and thorough. I appreciated getting regular texts letting me know what stage the car was in. The only thing that could be done differently is that there was some overspray on the black plastic.
