We assumed that the work would be done at the Elizabethtown shop. Then was notified that they had received it 6 days later in Richmond. Then when the work was completed they notified us that we could pick the car up Friday at the Elizabethtown location and to have our check ready. At 430 pm we called to make sure it was there and it wasn’t and was informed if it wasn’t there by closing time we would have to wait till Monday morning, but she would call and get an ETA and call me right back and didn’t.
