I came to you guys during a really, really difficult time, and the way I was treated as a customer meant more to me than you probably realize. The patience, respect, kindness, and genuine concern you all showed me made such a difference. From the very beginning, I felt like I was being treated like family and not just another customer. You guys kept me updated, called to check in, answered every question I had, and never hesitated to communicate with me when there were changes or delays. If something wasn’t in, you called. If you had an update, you called. The estimated timeline was accurate, and I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. After everything I was going through, having people handle me and my situation with that much patience and respect truly meant the world to me.
