Quick and free of any hassle. They kept me well informed of the progress of my vehicle repairs and as soon as it was complete called me to pick it up. The repair seems to be incredibly well done and I can not even tell that my car was even damaged. The paint is spot on and the fit and repairs look professional and top notch. As someone who builds this car at Toyota's plant and see these cars fresh off the line I can say This was truly expert work!

Friendly and helpful would be an understatement for your crew there at Caliber Collision. They are the most professional business I have ever worked with especially in the repair and mechanics industry. On another Note the insurance agent was extremely slow to pay the towing company to bring the vehicle to Caliber and it took longer than a week so Caliber and their wonderful employees took action on my behalf to get a hold of another company to get that rolling and to get my car in for repairs. They went well above and beyond what I have come to expect from any collision workshop to help me and to get me back into my vehicle as soon as possible. I cannot thank them all enough. Your team there is so incredible and knowledgeable!
