I was absolutely satisfied from the moment I got there until the second I drove off the lot. Extremely courteous and professional employees from top to bottom and I really appreciated the routine updates as tbe repair progressed! Caliber Collision would be my first choice for future repairs, but I don't plan on ever needing their services again 🙂

The manger (Dan?) and Alex (my adjuster) took WONDERFUL care of me! They kept me appraised each step of the way and worked overtime to make sure that everything was handled efficiently and made my life as easy as possible! This is my second time using Caliber Collision in conjunction with my USAA insurance, and it could not have been EASIER. Thank you to each and everyone at Caliber in Richmond!

I am thrilled with everything! The repairs are perfect! It’s like the accident never occurred. My vehicle looks amazing! They even washed my vehicle after the repairs and offered to wash it again at pick up bc it had dust on it. Simply amazing! I would 100% recommend Caliber Collision for any of your vehicle repairs. They are far superior than any other repair shop in the area! Hands down I will always seek them to do anything for any of my vehicles in the future without a doubt in my mind that it will be returned in a better condition than when I brought it into their shop. I’m at a loss of words of how great this terrible experience turned out to be an amazing example of true customer service at its finest!

Absolutely horrible customer service from Alex. She called us one time within the time frame of over a month and didnt update us on anything. Everytime we reached out to her, we were unable to get ahold of her. We even asked specifically for her to reach out to us with anything that we could help with. The regional manager who we had to reach out to was the only one who acted like he wanted to help us. There was soooo much more that Callibers did wrong but weve put way too much time into this place.
