Took longer on my car than expected. The hood of my vehicle won’t shut right. They left a plug dangling in front of my radiator. They said they had two more parts coming that were ordered and would call me when they came in, they never did call me. I’ll never be back

My team at caliber was superb. They kept me informed, worked with me to get my vehicle back in a timely fashion. The staff was extremely friendly and understanding of my needs. My truck looks brand new. I would hope that no one needs caliber service, but if you do, this is the place to go. Specifically, Dan and Alex were amazing. Thank you again for your help.
