Everything was done in a timely fashion, text updates just about weekly if I recall. Very pleased with the done, not only on the F150 but my Nissan Frontier as well. Very pleased overall

Overall great job and customer service. Answered any questions or concerns. Took a little longer than anticipated but that was not your fault due to the strike and backorder items. Still am waiting on a few parts actually but the overall damage was fixed to my liking.

My family, friends and neighbors couldn’t believe Caliber Collision let me pick up my car with that gap then make me use my time and gas money to bring it back, and not once did I get an apology.

Caliber Collision is not professional, they left a gap between my hood and fender and the guy who took me to look my car over (in the dark) said he didn’t see a gap, I had to make him look at both sides of the front end of my car and then he saw it. They told me to bring it back and they would fix it, it took them 5 minutes so why didn’t they fix it right then and there? I picked up my car on Friday at almost 6:00 and had to drive back to them the following Tuesday, I sure wasn’t happy with them.

There’s too much to go into, by my rating them 2 is me being generous. After them being the way they are and me finally getting my car back the very least they could have done is apologize for forgetting to call me in the first place to drop off my car and then not fixing the hood gap and telling me my car is finished, I told them to never have a customer pick up their car after dark, luckily for me I saw the hood gap, I had to drive back to them to get it fixed on another day, it took them 5 minutes to adjust the gap between the hood and fender but it cost me extra gas money when they should have fixed it the first time. I won’t be going back to Caliber Collision if I ever need car repairs again.
