Only thing was, and I brought it to the attention of Carl was that on the way home the radio antenna was laying in the wiper tray and I went to use the wipers and noticed the antenna was flopping back-and-forth on the windshield. I pulled over and put it on and secured it and let them know about it, and I believe it was from after the paint that it was not secured back on, no big deal it was corrected and no damage done

I took my truck in for hail damage and got their appraisal. They estimated about $9000. It took over three months to get the appointment to get it fixed. I dropped it off and they had it for about a month. My insurance had to extend the rental car contract twice. On the last day of rental they told me I could pick it up but they have to replace the hood and tailgate. I went to get it and someone had put a scratch from the front door to the rear wheel. Most of it could be buffed out but the rear fender had to be filled and painted. So I drop it off for another two days and they complete the repairs but the paint on that fender has more ridges in it than the back of an armadillo. Now the guy who pulled the hail damage out did a good job and except for the fender it does look good but when you consider it took over four months the paint issues and the final bill to my insurance was over $18,000. I can not recommend them.

I had hail damage. It took over four months to get fixed. They put about a five foot scratch down the passenger side which did require bondo and paint to fix. They did fix it no charge but did a horrible job with the paint. Original estimate was about $8000. Final bill was over $18,000 to my insurance company. I was out my deductible. I do NOT recommend this company.
