The reason is stated above in all the comment boxes above. The lack of care they took caused a lot of damage to interior of my truck and set receiving taken much longer than should and after telling me it was ready they didn’t fix some of the damage they cause. After talking with Dan the general manager and looking over their mistakes agreed to fix however cannot get parts at this time so I had to pay for my truck and still don’t have damage fixed because of part issues. This is a 2024 Chevy truck that was brand new that had 5000 miles on it and the passenger seat only set in once the neglect that was given to my truck caused a lot of interior damage because of their techs. No discount or anything several apologies but wouldn’t have had any of these issues if it wasn’t for negligence of techs. This is the Caliber Collision Center in Richmond,Ky 40475. I have to say very disappointed in everything across the board. Only thing that was actually good was the communication until I got frustrated about waiting on my truck for the damage they caused. I will say they did a good job on outside work but that’s not enough for me to recommend this shop. Again as of today 10:04/2023 I still don’t have the necessary parts for my truck due to them putting parts inside of a all leather package truck and poking holes in interior and scratching interior. Had hail damage to my vehicle when vehicle was being repaired that put all the accessories that they removed inside of my 2024 truck with a all leather package and punched holes in my leather dash scratched glove box scratched leather seats that no one had set in yet. Did not cover truck while windshield and back glass was out of my truck and worked on other vehicles and the amount of dust that was inside was ridiculous. The outside of truck was done good but the handling of my new 2024 truck by workers was in called for. Very disappointed in the lack of care that was used. Took 3 moths to get my truck back due to the tech breaking back windows and all the parts that were ordered for their negligence that had nothing to die with hail damage. And as of today 10/04/2023 still don’t have all my parts replaced that they messed up due to negligence not hail repair. Had to go on and pay for my vehicle so that I could have it cause they don’t know when parts will be available cause of Chevrolet strike. Shouldn’t had to pay for it until they came in but could no longer leave truck at the shop. Do in short it took about a month and a half longer cause of the damage they done to interior of my truck which was brand new. Still not complete
