Wonderful experience! Would return in the future! I always was updated on the progress of my car. I had contact information about those who were in charge of the repair. Highly recommend!

The bumper paint was complete off from the rest of the car. It is very obvious that the paint color was wrong. It did not appear that there was any effort to try and match the color or blend the color in with the rest of the car. When this was brought to management, they indicated that they could not match the paint color and that we would have to talk with insurance to see if they would cover the cost to paint more of the car or all of the car. There was a lack of follow up from the location in regards to our concerns. In addition, it took two weeks past the initial timeframe to repair the car. There was a lack of communication in regards to these changes. I had to call in order to get updates more than half the time. The rep offered to have Caliber Collision arrange a rental car since it was taking so long however when I called three hours to find out whether they were able to arrange it, the call had not been made. The front desk rep then told me I would have to make arrangements after talking with the insurance. It was not handled well.

I did most of my correspondence with Alex. From day one he, and the entire Caliber team, were a pleasure to work with. My situation was a challenging one due to logistic hang ups & insurance companies doing what they’re known for doing ( or not doing when they’re supposed to). Working with the Caliber team really helped mitigate my less than desirable experience with the other parties involved. Everyone was very professional. The client respect that came along with their knowledge of their craft, honesty with parts “issues”, and thorough explanation of the work performed is a rare thing in 2023. The level of communication throughout was greatly appreciated. My car was returned to me in pristine condition. Not only is the body work impressive, also the detailing is something to be proud of. The interior of my car looked brand new. I don’t have any complaints. Fantastic group here. As a business, this is what you want. Keep up the great work Caliber.

I was happy with the thoroughness of the repair and dates inspected job to make sure all impacted areas were properly repaired. I did appreciate the updated emails with updated scheduled completion dates and where the job was at.
