Liz was absolutely fabulous. Start to finish. Always available and always so courteous and kind. She gets a 12+! The service manager could not have been nicer on day one and came through eventually on all aspects of the repair. He was extremely busy, and I am thrilled to have gotten my car back so quickly. I will give him a ten, because all went well. He only notified me about progress once after saying he would let me know on a few other occasions, so I had to ask Liz and Chris (Dan might have been “out” when I called and spoke to Chris instead;) and Chris and Liz were both great, so it’s hard to give less than 10, so I won’t. I did expect to hear again 🤷♀️. Thanks to all!

The body work was beautifully done. There was a technical/mechanical issue when I received the car back, but they responded very well and quickly fixed the issue. They were very apologetic about the inconvenience and helpful with the rental car and insurance company covering the costs.

Caliber Collision has surpassed all my expectations. When I drove into their parking lot, I saw a brand new car that looked like my model. It wasn’t until I saw the license plate that I realized it was mine! Caliber worked on the car until it was perfect. I never expected them to not only fix the damage caused by a large tree branch, but they also detailed the car inside and out. I have another car that needs work and will only bring it to them.
