Exceptional. The whole experience was 1st Class From the office staff to the mechanics their focus was on customer service and the delivered. I dropped the car off and picked it up Putnam did the rest from car rental to insurance to repair and the hand off back to me was impressive. The car looked like it came right from a show room.
