Dan was wonderful to work with. He took care of everything from initial cost estimates to handling issues with my insurance company. Liz was extremely helpful with organizing a car rental and even went out of her way to take me to get the rental car.

I was disappointed that the "misc" charges increased from about $100 in the estimate to about $600 in the final invoice.

While we realize that the parts for our car were difficult to obtain and out of the control of Caliber, it was very frustrating that our car was in the shop for 2 months for what appeared to be a minor ding on the bumper and side door. We would have appreciated knowing from the beginning that the car would take a long time to repair, that there was a delay on parts or anything that would have prevented us for having to spend thousands of dollars on a rental car.

We received phone calls and text messages from the shop about progress but it was frustrating as the date of return kept getting pushed back. Again, we realize the part situation was out of their control but feel like there should be some general understanding and communication about the difficulty to receive parts based on the model of our car and a realistic expectation for repair time. Instead, our car sat at the shop for two months and we had to pay thousands of dollars for a rental.

Everyone at Caliber Collision was very professional, courteous and super helpful. Dealing with Caliber was a delightful and very easy as soon as I walked in the door they were prepared and there was no waiting time at all. When I dropped off my car or when I picked it up which by the way was done three days sooner then Promised. I would recommend Caliber Collison to everyone I had the best experience with them. There was a bit of miscommunication about when the car would ready , so I’d actually rate a 9 1/2 , however, the GM was proactive And my car was ready on time and wow.. car was so clean and even detailed , it was like factory new!!
