My repair took a lot longer than expected - not their fault - but they accepted the car on a Friday and didn’t get started until following Tuesday.

Given the final invoice was for 16k and my car was gone for more than a month I would have appreciated not driving out of the parking lot with a completely empty gas tank. It left a bad taste in my mouth.

The team at Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations every step of the way. They gave the kind of personal service that you just don't find anymore. They were highly communicative and gave frequent updates on my car's retrieval, parts order & repair, helped me understand my insurance process, were caring & patient answering my questions and highly reassuring. The team restored my faith in humanity. As for their autobody work, they were exceptionally skilled and my car looks and drives like it did when I first drove it out of the dealer's lot. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They even managed the return of my rental car for me, relieving my stress in the process. Above & beyond! I will be recommending Caliber to everyone i know.
