The car was not washed, I asked about the need to go into the trunk, I was told no, that was wrong, they did go in & so had to reorganize everything- very annoying & the in mileage matched the out, which was wrong, 9-miles was driven- where did you have to go for 9-miles!???

I just picked up my car from Caliber Collision, and this was my second time using this location in the last year (for two different cars). I have truly never received better customer service from any provider. It all started with my call with Liz—she worked magic to get my car in much sooner than their schedule allowed. Then Dan stepped in and immediately made me feel comfortable, explaining everything clearly and in detail. Their communication is AMAZING and begins the moment you drop off your car. They have a fantastic automated system, but Dan and Liz are also always available to answer calls and respond quickly. The quality of work on my Audi was perfect. The car was completely clean and ready when I arrived. If you ever need your car worked on, do yourself a favor and use Caliber! You will be very happy!
