I’m very impressed with all aspects of the service my WRX received at Caliber Collision. Caliber was recommended to me by Nationwide, and the communication between Nationwide, Enterprise, and Caliber was flawless. Derek did a very thorough (and fast!) estimate of the damage, and scheduled a drop-off day. They coordinated my pickup with Enterprise. At every stage of the repair process they kept me posted via text: when the parts were ordered, when they arrived, when the painting was scheduled, and when my car was ready - a week earlier than expected! The checkout process was fast, and my pretty blue Subie looks good as new! I’d highly recommend Caliber Collision for your car body repairs.
