The repair looks good but I wanted to know what was actually done. What would make it a 10 is transparency around what was actually done during the repair process. Information was not forthcoming. I had to ask many questions and even then answers were short and not all that helpful.

The front desk and service advisor were both very friendly. The first thing I was asked to do during pickup is to sign an itemized list of repair work/estimates. We had not looked at my car and nothing had been explained. When I asked questions about why I was signing this form as if I agreed to what was done and the quality the service advisor did not have an answer. He told me no one had ever asked that before. The other persons insurance was paying the bill so I did not press the issue.
