The work that was done looked great! An extra touch that the 4 runner was cleaned inside and out before returning. Took a little while longer to get it back, but we were told up front that you had a heavy load. Great job!

I am extremely satisfied. Brooke and the repair team at Certified Collision Center in Salem, VA were superb. A T-boned accident had damaged my car from just behind the driver’s side front wheel all the way to the back bumper. Brooke was the main point of contact for my vehicle repair. Since I had to return home to FL, she was patient and prompt in answering my questions, keeping me updated about the progress start to finish and sent pics and repair notes as I asked. When I came to pick up my car, the repair team had done a wonderful job. The repaired side was beautiful, paint matching perfect. I almost regretted having bought a new car while my Prius V was being repaired. I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome.

The work they did on my car from the accident was fine. However, there is a new dent that was not there prior to being brought to the shop that's over my driver side back wheel.

Paint and liner coating seems to be good. Old hardware was used and it was not assembled correctly inside. Tailgate would not latch.

Helpful when I called but did not keep me informed. Did not let me know that my tailgate was not going to be ready on the original promised date. I had lined up rides and was planning to leave my truck. Good thing I called to ask.
