Working with Mike was easy and he was very helpful. However, the automated texts that were sent out were very confusing. They kept giving us dates that were inaccurate or made up, and then we would speak to Mike and he would tell us the real dates that things might be ready. Also because of those text messages, we had to ask for multiple extensions for our car rental.

Very professional and keep us informed on the status of vehicle. Also Had the car serviced with oil change, tire rotation and state inspection while there so I would not need to come back for those services.

My vehicle was kept entirely too long for the amount of work needed being done. I could barely get any proper communication from the girl who was handling my claim as i called and called multiple times trying to see what was going on with my truck and couldnt get any answer or call back for several days. Them keeping my vehicle for so long and not letting me know what was going on ended up costing me over a thousand dollars with the rental company. They also didnt bother calling you the day it was finally ready; i had to call them.

All the staff were wonderful!! And they even made a temporary repair for me to prevent a loose part from causing an issue before driving a very long trip I needed to take - before all the car parts arrived for the final repair. I am grateful!! The final repair is perfect!! Also, I appreciate the honesty in the cost estimates and final charges!!
