Returned parts needed for repair. Caused the repair to be two weeks beyond the original date. They didn’t realize they messed up until I called to check on my vehicle. All the while I was receiving texts saying repairs were going well and the vehicle would be ready

They scheduled the repair and got the parts, then they sent the parts back and delayed the repairs by two weeks. The accident happened at the beginning of March and we didn't get the vehicle back, fixed until May 19. Painfully long and disorganized the whole way.

I received text messages saying the repairs were underway, even though they weren't. They had shipped back the parts to make the repair. After that, I had to initiate all the communication to get updates or practical help. It was like they didn't realize they messed up or what to do in response to that mistake.

It seems that there is a shortness of staff up front as I had to wait. I will say on the first day when I dropped my car off, the young guy in there drove me to my place of work right down the street - he was very nice.

The first girl that I dealt was not as clear about whether I would need a rental or not when she scheduled the work to be done, so I did not schedule one or make arrangements for it. Luckily the rental agency had a car for me last minute. When I arrived, I was told she was no longer there.
