They kept me informed every step of the way and did a great job of fixing the bumper that was damaged but couldn’t get the part. You can’t even tell that it wasn’t a new part. They were also professional. I would recommend the Rossford location.

I did send you a text about my exhaust pipe is hanging down that was not like this before the car was dropped off. This was not the part that you fixed but I feel something happened at your shop. The other part that you did fix looks great.

Jim was an outstanding service rep! When my car wasn't ready by the scheduled date, which was a few days before my rental insurance , Jim told me that Caliber would pay the rental cost until they finished my car, which saved me $400! I'm a Caliber client fro life should I ever need another repair!
