They only changed out one headlight on a full head on collision. Not sure why both lights weren’t changed out after the accident.

Because you can’t not finish with my car the airbag on passenger side is not fixing so I have to go to Gillian’s Honda to see if they can fix it I’m trying to work with the insurance companies so they referred me to you but my car still has problems I’m trying to get you all the trouble but I’m not very happy with that no hard feelings but I just told you that how I feel but thanks anyway

Good afternoon, I picked up my vehicle from Caliber Collision on June 22, 2026. Upon inspection, I noticed several concerns regarding the repair quality, including bumper alignment and fitment issues near the wheel well, movement in the bumper, and damage/chipping at the panel edge that I did not notice prior to pickup. We will not return! We have been there for all of our unfortunate accidents, we have always felt you have had our best interest at hand! This was not a decent experience. Caliber proved the true colors and what they truly care about. I will pay more to not return!!!!
