We will not return! We have been there for all of our unfortunate accidents, we have always felt you have had our best interest at hand! This was not a decent experience. Caliber proved the true colors and what they truly care about. I will pay more to not return!!!!

The whole process was smooth Carla met with me when I arrived, she marked everything that was identified by myself and the appraiser. Carla kept me up to date on the messages which showed the progress. Carla called me on Friday which was the day my truck was to be ready and said it was done at noon. Carla pulled my truck to the front and inspected the repairs with me. Everything looked great! The repair guys did an excellent job bringing my truck back to excellent condition. We were very very happy with the work on our Mercedes. The repair was flawless and they even detailed the vehicle. We rarely see such an effort in service. We were kept up to speed on the progress during the work on our vehicle and their communication was superb. My wife asked me to make sure I left an amazing review. Hope I did it justice.
