I’m not new to Caliber, and each and every time the service has been excellent. This visit was no different. Carla kept me informed every few days, which I appreciated. You have the right ladies at the front desk, smiling, friendly…just what I needed when I arrived to drop off and pickup. What I love is the excellent repair work and how quickly it is done. And the cherry on the top is the car wash…so clean and shiny. I don’t want to come back, but if I have another claim you can count on me using your service.

Great work, great staff. Unfortunately, my car has had to come to Caliber because of body damage several times. But fortunately, I’ve taken it to a business that does great work. I love the updates regarding the progress of the repairs, the front desk staff is wonderful and the ones that actually completed the repairs are awesome. I don’t want to ever have to see any of you again, but should I have to, I will definitely be back. Keep up the excellent customer service.🤗
