I received outstanding service from start to finish at Caliber Collision in Santa Maria, CA. Clarisa Diaz is an excellent Customer Service Consultant. She is professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed during each step of the repair. I am grateful to have had her assistance in getting my beloved Honda Element back on the road! I also would like to mention that April was welcoming and helpful during my initial call to Caliber. After speaking with both employees I knew that Caliber was going to be able to take care of my car and answer all of my questions. My Element looks brand new!

Nathan was incredibly professional, courteous, and trustworthy. His Customer Service skills exceeded my expectations for an auto body repair shop. He made me feel comfortable, at ease, and took great care of the issue with my car. I’m so pleased with my experience at Caliber in Santa Maria because of Manager Nathan and his team.
