The overall service dnd experience was exceptional! Manager,Joseph Rubio provided excellent service, communication and value. His customer service was fantastic as he thoroughly explained what I was to expect during the process and then personally reached out to me and provided regular updates. Getting your car fixed is never a convenient experience however Joseph Rubio made this a really good experience for me. He represented Caliber Collision in an extremely professional manner and its primarily because of him that I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND your company to anyone that I know that needs auto body repair.
