I love how they keep me updated so often with how the repairs are going. Even with the mishap with the shipping of the doors, Dayle kept me informed and confident that my car will still receive top quality. She is very professional, kind and respectful with my worries on how this new process will go for me. Great process, the communication was amazing etc. I do need to bring the car back due to a small alignment issue but I’m tied up for the next week or two and will call to schedule. It’s just the steering wheel pointing left while going straight. Again, loved the process.
