Caliber repaired the damage as specified and did a great job. There were 2 items thst were missed during the quality control inspection but Dayle took care of these issues.

Dayle was absolutely amazing and efficient. She kept me informed about progress with repairs and answered all questions in a timely manner. My vehicle looked brand new once repaired. Dayle and Caliber made this experience so simple. She updated me almost everyday. The service was fantastic. Quick, efficient and extremely well done. My used vehicle looked like a new one. The superior customer service continued beyond repairs. I had a question about my rental car return. Again, Dayle went out of her way to help. I felt like someone in my family was repairing my car. I even observed Dayle explain and assist another customer with the same courtesy and care I received. Every employee I met asked if I needed assistance. Amazing team work!!
