Mark was incredible from the first assessment, establishing consistent communication throughout the process, to following up when everything was said and done, he was so great at communicating every step of the way! On top of that, my vehicle looks like it rolled right out of the factory! It was very well done, done quickly, and is back better than before! I am so incredibly grateful for the Sherman Caliber Collision team who were and remained detail oriented and delivered only the most quality results!

Mark was incredible from the first assessment, establishing consistent communication throughout the process, to following up when everything was said and done, he was so great at communicating every step of the way! I also had a small issue with my apartment access sticker accidentally being mistaken for a junk sticker and it was thrown away, but the team was so great at helping me find a suitable option for replacing it in a timely manner. Customer Service was phenomenal and a large part of the reason why I chose Caliber!
