I was never made aware of extra costs of my deductible. I’m not satisfied with having to create costs after my insurance coverage. This is very poor customer service, I called in and talked to someone and management never got back to me. Very disappointing.

Quote setup and pre-insurance work was no hassle. Work performed within time window as projected. Finished work was great. Looks brand new. All trim and seals were installed correctly and electronics worked flawlessly. Paint match to 9 year old finish was impeccable. Very satisfied.

I was initially told I would have to bring my car in and they would hold onto it for a good 2-3 weeks while they ordered parts, and while I was told before even agreeing to the repair, that my insurance would pay them directly, yet when I picked my car up, they were saying that I was responsible for the balance. Everything was remedied, but the inconvenience really put a hitch in my day.

The process from start to finish was seamless. The staff were so nice! Joe was great at sending me updated communication every day. Brittany was welcoming at every interaction from the initial phone call to each time I walked into the office. Kudos to the entire staff!

The time needed to replace the bumper was extremely long. The communication was sub par at best. Vague emails (12) sent with constant delays. As for the repair work, it looks great
