There is wind blowing through my driver side door like it's not getting a good seal. I already spoke to someone who said I have to bring it back in tomorrow and I spoke to Enterprise They said that you guys would have to arrange the rental car but they don't have any for tomorrow they said you'd have to make a reservation on Monday so that might be when I bring it in but you can give me a call

Yes! Very happy with the service! Especially if insurance is able to work well with them. I got a sense Caliber and my insurance company (progressive) have a good relationship with one another. both looking out for the customer.

I am very impressed with the end product. My car was so clean upon it's return to me. Inside and Out. something that I didn't expect but was very nice to see.

I place this in the middle of the road because I was treated very well by the technicians and they took their time in answering questions that I had. I was not satisfied with the front desk reception. I feel the receptionist was a bit cold and brash. Not too friendly either.

In the end I thought the work done and the service was good. Initially it was a lengthy to get the service scheduled and it seemed to be on the end of the collison shop. I did have an issue with my car right after receiving it back and they were pretty good about taking it back to look at it again. I do wish they had communicated the problem they had seen even if it wasn't something they could handle to take care of.
