Definitely a great job well done. The repair of my jeep was seamless. Thankfully I have not had much experience with collision repairs. I will definitely use Caliber Collision when I need repairs in the future. The ease of the process from start to finish was seamless. I didn’t have right rear turn signal for the whole drive home. Lucky for me someone was following me and they were able to let me know. I had to go to Auto Zone and have them install one. I would thanks if you’re repairing the rear bumper that you would make sure that all the brake lights, parking lights, and turn signal lights worked. Otherwise it looks good!

I appreciate all the work and time was taken on my vehicle. I was so distraught about the shape of my car and I thought it was an impossible repair! However, it looks like nothing happened to my SUV! I enjoyed the warm welcome and the tasty snacks which were available to me. Clean and well organized office!!

Everyone I spoke to at Caliber was wonderful! Very friendly! However, my car was there for almost 20 days and I really would’ve preferred it if someone could’ve called or texted to let me know the progress and reason for the delays. I had to reach out a few different times to inquire on the status of the repair.
