Noticed extra damage from bummer install, deep scratches that were covered up with paint. Missing bolt caps inside lift gate as well.

We have worked with Jeremy twice now. He has the worst attitude when working with customers. He blaiently lies to us about the repair progress, takes days to respond repair progress, smells like an ashtray. Above all that he flat out tells us insurance won't cover issues related to fixing the car without even contacting instance. Issues with our hubcaps and tires we're never address or ignored completely. We feel like we are being played and lied to. Terrible experiences so far!
