We are very happy with our recent experience at Caliber. They repaired our 2013 4Runner back gate after we were rear ended in 2019. Fast forward to 2025 and we noticed the repaired gate started developing small cracks that eventually enlarged, where the coating and paint began separating from the metal this last winter. We took it back to Caliber this spring so they could assess and take photos. After a short inspection they took accountability for the "faulty repair" with no questions asked, noting that they stand by their work and their warranty. We were pleasantly surprised having prepared ourselves for push-back and excuses to try and avoid another repair and more costs. They've since ordered a new gate from Toyota, painted to match, and installed to look new on our 13 yr old vehicle. They even were able to use our same rearview glass in the new gate to keep a treasured decal for our family. To top it off, they detailed the interior before we picked up after installation that was complete in just one afternoon. We worked with Brian who was so wonderful to work with, along with the rest of the staff. Everyone was very friendly and communicative. We would recommend Caliber to others who are looking for a professional shop with high integrity and accountability. Thank you!
