Tyler did a fantastic job communicating with me while my car was being repaired. He was very professional and personable throughout the entire process. The staff overall is great—the young lady at the front counter was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile both when I dropped off my car and when I picked it up. Excellent customer service all around!

The team did an amazing Job. Robert was the man. I got the car back a lot sooner than the estimated time. The work was flawless given the complexity of the vehicle class. This has been the best bodyshop experience i ever had. Coming from LA, this Caliber Collision from Aldine, Spring exceeded all my expectations.

Lights are still on, it’s missing a cap, it’s sounds like something is rubbing the brakes, the left rear light isn’t working, multiple check engine lights are on. I’m scared to drive it.
