I pick up my car with a lot of details paint peel off, water in the trunk and lights , they forgot paint by the fenders, brake lights didn’t works , loose bumper I dropped off the car again and in that location they give me another rental and looks like they fix all issues of the car but now the hood doesn’t open they damaged the button it’s was working before I dropped off the car

The office was very responsive, but when told the car was ready, it still had not had parts installed, the hodd was misaligned and there was white residue all over the seats and when I questioned it, I was asked was not there? The issues were promptly addressed and communication was good.

Great job, they even dropped off my vehicle to our business park, but the only negative thing is it was at the wrong suite number. I had to go search for the vehicle.
