Staff very nice. Have had 2 kids get into collisions and both were sent to caliber. On both separate occasions, incorrect parts were received or ordered and repairs on both weee delayed significantly. Unsure if supplier issue or when ordering. Outside that, staff was friendly and no concerns with workmanship.

I wasn’t sure how my vehicle would be fixed since the hit was in an awkward spot. I showed up and was amazed how great it looked. They went above and beyond. Texts to keep me informed and gave grace when I couldn’t nab my vehicle before close. I appreciate the crew and will recommend them in the future.

I pay for insurance to get car fixed back to 100%. You didn’t get it to 100% and still took money from insurance.

Work done looks pretty good. Problem was they didn’t do all the work and didn’t tell me ahead of time they couldn’t or wouldn’t. I have a warning light on that was not on before. I also have a brand new camera on the passenger side mirror that doesn’t work. Will not use caliber collision anymore. Nor would I recommend anyone else use them if they want the work done right.
