I appreciated Derick’s courtesy and professionalism. He made what was a difficult experience- an wreck- into something much less unpleasant. We are grateful to him and his staff. We would definitely come back. One minor suggestion- I received texts asking if we had any questions, but when I texted back about when the car would be ready, I didn’t get a response. I was when I was able to call though. Perhaps not send the texts or, if sent, have someone monitor them more closely? Again- overall- very good experience. Derick was excellent and the lady at the front desk- I apologize I have forgotten her name- were very good. Represented the business very well.

I took my Mercedes Benz in to Caliber Collision for front bumper repair. Frank was very professional and super friendly. He was able to provide me with upfront immediate estimate. Also, he provided excellent customer service by keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs. The guys did an amazing job… it’s hard to find a good and honest body shop and this is one of them. Great shop and Frank made it a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend 10/10….

Frank took very good care of me, especially when there were some issues regarding my rental car reservation, he was able to contact local rentals and get me in touch with someone who was able to help resolve the situation.

Everyone at Caliber Collision was so helpful and kind during the 11 weeks it took to get the parts and repair my vehicle. With me only owning it for 4 months I was very anxious to know it would be repaired correctly. Frank made sure to give me regular updates and answer any questions I had, to put my mind at ease. They even opened on a Saturday so I could pick the car up when it was completed and made sure Enterprise would pick up the rental car there. I can not praise this team enough!
