Communication was awful. They were waiting on parts they didn’t need to wait on before painting. They refused to pre-order parts on a drivable car. When we picked up they hadn’t attached a tank to the washer fluid and then we waited about her 90 minutes for them to fix it. Will NEVER recommend or return to this shop.

No one wanted my truck. Ashley had it, then passed it to Jeremy, who gave me 1 line text or call updates 4 times during the 3 weeks to repair.

I have had the opportunity to take my car here twice now unfortunately but fortunately I came to caliber collision. They are top notch and have amazing customer service. I was unable to pick my car up because I was working and they even brought it to me and turned in my rental. I can’t say enough good things about them and my car looks brand new. I would highly recommend them and will never go anywhere else.
