Whole team did fantastic job, Ashley was great and you guys followed the campsite rule, leave it better than you found it! Not just the collision damage, but the car was clean and in great shape, thank you. Also, dark hair bearded gentleman present during pick up... Very helpful. Thanks to whole team!

The process we went through was great, they fixed the car without any issues. The only problem we had was that they didnt close out the report the same day we returned our rental, and the rental company charged another 2 days after turning in our car and we still havent heard back about getting a refund.
