Asked for all OEM parts to be used and multiple AM and used items used instead. Front quarter panel that was replaced has a dent in it and fog lights are not aligned properly. Right fog light (used part that was installed) shines in the ditch as opposed to straight and on the road.

Did not get an estimate to review until work was basically done. No review of vehicle when I picked it up. Had to ask for front end alignment once I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up.
