Starting saying tha they change the day of finishing more then 5 times they took the vehicle march 2 and was return April 22.

Besides the obvious damage from the collision, my car was returned with more problems than it had.

I guess the repair of the collision damage was rather nice. Agents were friendly and attentive, and kept in contact frequently. However, when the car was reported finished, I had more problems than when they got the car. A/C not working. Cruise Control not working. Another engine light, reportedly not in the collision zone. Then after I got the car back home, there was a water leak - maybe with some antifreeze in it. I took it back, to find out they had routed a radiator hose too close to an engine pulley. They got me another rental car, and are going to get a replacement hose. They said the QC checks were not satisfactory. I'm hoping that some QC re-check will be done to see if connections for the air flow, cruise control and a/c are all complete.

Part of the new bumper is starting to pop off already and my car makes a humming sound while driving that was never there before. It also has a lag when shifting gears when driving that wasn’t there before.
