Everyone I enteracted with was very kind and helpful. I dont think Emily knew there is a Caliber here in White House where she did happen to think I could go to and finish my paperwork there since it didn't go through for me online. I also didn't think there might be calls coming in out of area.616. Once we got the bal rolling I had updates every couple of days. I will definitely give Springfield Caliber a.great referral. The car looks great! I have ebery reason to believe it will run just.as great. Great to know the work had a lifetime guarantee I appreciate yo very much, Myra Heathman

Julianne was great. She gave me the quote on the first day. When I brought in my car I was told it would take two weeks. Surprisingly I got it back9 days earlier. Julianne was courteous and professional. I will definitely recommend Calliber to others in need of repairs because you do it right..🤗

Not satisfied, upon review of repairs I have found a missing bolt on coolant reservoir, washing fluid reservoir and a missing fastener on inner fender liner. Also missing foam beside of radiator support.
