Poor communication about extent of additional repairs needed (found out about that from USAA insurer when they submitted additional payment). Slow repair process, and sloppy cleanup (windshield and sunroof and surrounding metal covered with fine layer of ?paint.) Had to go back for cleanup. I still had to spend time cleaning the areas Caliber didn't clean adequately. Definitely will consider alternative repair services if needed in the future.

Service was great except for the day I picked up my car. It was parked all the way in the back of the lot. There was a truck behind it so I had to call the office to have them send someone out to move the truck. My car wax parked so tight in the spot it took forever for me to try to maneuver out of there. No one offered to help me get my car out.

The entire staff at Caliber was professional, friendly and very efficient. The repairs were exceptional. My car is a 2007 Saturn and it can be a challenge to obtain parts. The car looks fantastic. Thank you Caliber!
