Given the fact that I had received an appointment time from the national Caliber phone number, I arrived at the appointed time and there was no record of me coming and such appointments were currently running weeks out. At this point Jackie could have politely told me I would have to wait my turn and come back later. I would have been angry and possibly gone elsewhere altogether. Instead she and her colleagues gave me top curtesy and took in my car and got me picked up by Enterprise Car Rental thereby further simplifying my life. The car pickup nine days later (3 days earlier than estimated), the process was smooth allowing me to get back into the rhythms of my life.

The wiper fluid hose was not connected under the hood. I connected it myself with almost no effort so it's not a big deal, but that's why you did not receive a 10.
