Jackie my appraiser was great very thorough about my car. Pointing out things I did not see. Picking up my car while checking out the car she noticed the had scratches on my tail light. They tried buffing them out she didn't like the finish work and she would order a new one. Jackie went the extra mile I was impressed. The girls at the front desk were so kind and helpful.
