I appreciate you all being there to help me when I needed you. I don't mean to be difficult. I'm actually dropping my vehicle off tomorrow evening for the manager to look at Wednesday morning. I would like the opportunity to redo this survey after that. If all can be made right, I will be a happy camper! All in all, with the accident that I was in, I'm beyond blessed to even be here. I'd don't think I should be nasty to anyone for that very reason. 😊 When the car is there, I think everyone will be able to see that I have valid reasons for being disappointed with the work. My interactions were very positive. Cindy was a really sweet lady. I'm rating a 3 just because we were told for 4 weeks that the completion would be within days. The total repair time was 78 days. My repairs didn't even being until the rental car My insurance company provide had expired. I ended up paying near $2,000 out of pocket as I had no other choice than to keep the rental car until my car was completely done. Looks like I'll be renting another car again soon ~ and I have no idea how long all of my concerns will take to fix. 😞 I hope you don't think horribly of me. I hate being honest with my review but I really had to be. Otherwise I would be stuck with this vehicle that I'm not at all happy with. Please forgive me.
