Oh my goodness! Cindy at Caliber in Staunton was absolutely amazing! She was completely honest with me about the possible timeline for repair when my car got towed to their shop, and she called me to let me know where things were in the repair process. We had been told the car would be ready on the 28tth. On the 22nd the lady sent a text to my wife telling her that the car may be ready that day. My wife was waiting for further information. At 2:15 she called telling me that the car was ready and that it needed to be picked up at 5:00. When I reminded her that we were told it would be ready on the 28th she responded well its ready early, surprise, thats a good thing right? No it wasn't. I am a truck driver and was in western Maryland and could not possibly be there. Her response was well we will see you Tuesday after Memorial Day. When I spoke to my wife she could not leave work early to get the car but could be there by 5:30. But the lady said she could not wait for her.I called back and spoke to Patrick and he agreed to wait for my wife to get there after work.

I had to continually reach out for updates…they did good work but I had to follow up with them every step of the way. There was some confusion with our insurance claim and they didn’t reach out to our insurance which could have been easily done and the car would’ve been ready sooner.

The folks at Caliber were exceptional, from the initial phone conversation through the completion of the repairs. The staff was curious and professional and the work was excellent! And not only was the work done well, they completed the work a full week before they originally started it would be done. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

They entire team is helpful, knowledgeable and nice. I’ve had two cars in the shop in less than a year. After the initial shock of someone hitting your car in the parking lot of your office, and the pain of dealing with the insurance logistics, Caliber Collison makes it easy, and does very nice work.
