Small operation. Company does not order parts when estimate is done and agreement has been made to repair vehicle. Waited until a week before start date to order parts. Of course some things were on back order. They made it right by fixed quarter panel in house so it was only about a week later than initially promised. Had they waited on part to ship I would have been looking at 5-6 weeks longer than promised.

I took my car in to be repaired on Tuesday and picked it up on Friday. They did an excellent job on repair and also washed my car, detailed the tires and vacuumed the inside. I was very pleased with the repair to my car and also the friendliness of their employees. I would recommend Caliber Collison to my friends.

The first time I went to pick up my car it looked great! Unfortunately, as soon as I opened the repaired door, I knew something was wrong. I called them out and it turns out they had not installed the noise deadening pad. They called me back the following day and this time it was all correct. I was pleased in the end but when they forget/miss something, it always makes me nervous about what else might have been missed that I just didn't notice.

Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. John gave me regular updates so I didn't have to wonder what was taking so long (it took 2 months to do the relatively simple repair).

The representation of the personnel was decent at most but their service was terrible! They had my vehicle for almost 2 months and turned in just a couple of hours of work for it and didn’t fix the problem.
